Legal Representation for the Family of Sadeeq Masih
On June 22, 2026, Sadeeq Masih was fatally attacked in Pattoki following a dispute reportedly arising after he drank water from a glass that the accused allegedly objected to him using because he was Christian. According to the information provided to OLA, the accused attacked Sadeeq with a knife, causing a fatal injury to his throat.
On June 25, 2026, Rafiq Masih, the brother of the deceased, signed a Power of Attorney, formally entrusting the Organization for Legal Aid (OLA) with the legal representation of the family and the pursuit of appropriate legal action in the case.
Before the Power of Attorney was signed, the OLA team visited the bereaved family and provided moral and legal support. OLA is representing the family in the legal proceedings and assisting them in seeking justice through lawful means.
