Albert Masih, a Christian resident of Faisalabad, approached the Organization for Legal Aid (OLA) following the kidnapping and subsequent murder of his daughter in District Okara.
According to the information provided to OLA, Faizan alias Ghufran, a Muslim man, allegedly took Albert Masih’s daughter and subsequently married her. The circumstances surrounding her disappearance and death raised serious concerns for the family, who sought legal assistance to pursue justice through lawful channels.
Albert Masih formally entrusted OLA with the matter by signing a Wakalat Nama at the OLA office, authorizing the organization to represent the family in the relevant legal proceedings.
