Legal Support for Samar Masih and His Family
On August 14, 2026, Samar Masih and members of his family were allegedly assaulted by members of Naveed Shahzad’s family following a minor dispute. An FIR was subsequently registered against members of Samar Masih’s family in connection with the incident. Two family members were taken into police custody, while three others obtained pre-arrest bail.
The Organization for Legal Aid (OLA) has taken up the matter to provide legal assistance and representation to Samar Masih and his family. OLA is assisting the family through the legal proceedings and working to safeguard their legal rights and ensure that the case is addressed through due process.
