Legal Representation for the Family of Asif Masih
On September 23, 2025, Asif Masih was allegedly attacked by a group of seven individuals in District Vehari following an argument earlier that day. According to the information provided to OLA, one of the attackers struck Asif on the head with a brick, causing serious injuries. He died the following day as a result of his injuries.
Following Asif’s death, the Organization for Legal Aid (OLA) visited his family on October 14, 2025, to offer condolences and provide moral and legal support. During the visit, the family signed a Wakalat Nama, formally authorizing OLA to represent them in the legal proceedings.
OLA is assisting the family in pursuing appropriate legal remedies and seeking accountability for those responsible for Asif Masih’s death. The organization will continue to support the family throughout the legal process.
